          @lakotaubp Thanks.

          I use xiaomi redmi 7 . I contact with sim company . After checking ,they told me, "It is your device problem "

          But before the Ubuntu Touch instllation , in andriod mode everything was normal . I could easyly check my USSD code such as my balance and and go to the next steps.

          After install the OS i can not do it and so I try the stable chanel , not working it. Then I reset it again. And also I tried the development, ,rc chanel . But no acception results . I have no complain about the honurable #Ubports , because I use the os 1st time and I have no enough idea about it.

          But some time I get some hope when my ussd code running but the next step I cannot go ahead, Its showing "please wait ".... And few moment laters .... The result is "USSD" code error .

            Hi, I'm not sure the balance checking is something standard and supported by UT.
            I might be mistaken, but on wikipedia I didn't found any code starting by *50...

                I searched for your code and didn't find it, but found instead *5000*500# , are you sure of your code?

                See for example : https://www.allsimofferbd.com/2019/02/banglalink-internet-balance.html

                      Yes... It is the balance checking code.

                      Some time it working ... But max. time it not working

                      .when it work... I cannot go ahead for next option ...
                      Such as...0 for back...1 for checking the next option...etc.....

                      The screen show... Please wait.. Then after few second later... The USSD code invalid.error....

                      If you stay my country I will physically show you that *5000# for choose the all Internet pack.
