I would like to save the applications settings before applying the ubports update.
Wish folder should I backup to be able to restore it after updating the phone ?

@saveurlinux Are you sure application settings are reset after an OTA update? I thought those settings are kept somewhere in .local in the home directory...?

From another post, it seems that there is a symlink made in the user data partition, but they need root access to modify it. So maybe there are changes in the system partition...

          Edit: Found a link 😉

@saveurlinux hum, maybe I'm wrong. I cas see that application folder have changed, maybe it is the reason ?
it use to be for exemple with firefox:
                org.mozilla.firefox.desktop
                and now it is:
                waydroid.org.mozilla.firefox.desktop
