      On my Meizu Pro 5 with 4GB of RAM (not the original 3GB device that shipped with UT), I can't take up phone calls I receive although the phone does ring. When I press the green icon showing a handset up, nothing happens.

      Another strange thing is that I can make phone calls even when I set the Cellular data toggle to the off position in Mobile Settings.

      I wonder if these problems are not caused by the same issue I have with WiFi passwords becoming unavailable every time I reboot the phone as explained in this old thread of mine:

      https://forums.ubports.com/topic/2406/wifi-password-loss-after-each-and-every-reboot-on-meizu-pro-5

      According to UniSuperBox, this WiFi "issue "occurs when the partition that holds the MAC and/or IMEI information for a device (commonly called efs) is corrupted or destroyed". I think I might indeed have destroyed this EFS partition when I had to repartition the phone before installing UT.

        You aren't supposed to press the green image when picking up a call, you are supposed to slide the center square towards the green image. Not very intuitive, but there you have it.

            @arubislander Silly me... Thanks arubislander.

            However I wonder why the phone still works when the cellular data is off.

              @ubuntoutou Not silly at all. I had the same problem when I first used a UT phone and had to ask here how to answer a phone call.

                I just wonder why I can call when the cellular data is set off.

                  @ubuntoutou Cellular data is for internet, not for calls. If you want to stop being connected to the network for calls the switch on Flight mode.
