@Moem what I understand from the operator's website, VoLTE is an option in phones that support it. But if the problem is that UB does not support VoLTE, is that why I don't have mobile Internet and I can't read the IMEI number after entering *#06#?

I have a m2003j15sg xiaomi note 9. The installer recognized the device as m2003j15sc MERLIN and I installed ubports. But it is not possible to use the device as a phone/call/sms.
