@ancientsounds in my experience the mediaplayer app only plays mp4 videos encoded in a special manner. If you're lucky, they work, or they just don't. Maybe you were lucky until now. I encode or re-encode my video files with Handbrake with standard settings. There was no file yet, the media player didn't play... Maybe this helps...

@christianBorg the 6t rebooting is a win, i think devs should replicate the process for rebooting mechanism, i use that to reboot tbh

@Fuseteam tested on my FP4. The switch beetween headphones and speaker is automatic, music playing works well but when I have a call it switches back to phone speaker. I have to re-enter this commandline after reboot : pacmd load-module module-udev-detect

@arubislander Thank you. I was trying that several times, and getting rather anxious about it not rebooting, but then finally it did reboot and all is now well again. But I shan't be trying to use the Wireless Display again very soon ...
