Possible issue found in 1.3, maybe this could be checked it's not only myself?
Bluetooth can't be disabled or enabled from the battery menu. The toggle moves but it doesn't work and stays in the same state.
I use this regularly as a quick way to achieve some power savings from one place, part of discussions on usage here
Disabling from there own respective pull down works correctly.
It also happens on my FP4 with 1.3
@Linus67 Why do you want to prevent background suspension? I think for your use case it would be better leaving it off, it uses less battery.

I tried your script but had to add avahi user to the android_net group. The avahi service failed because it didn't have permissions to open a socket. Didn't you have to do the same?
After doing that kdeconnect it's working, but the notifications only show as a pop-up. Is it the same for you? Is it possible to show notifications in the drop-down list?
