I figured out a way to do a manual install using TWRP of an old version of UBPorts, then I can use the UBPorts installer on a phone that has UBPorts on it already. So I do not need to try building from source and doing these things. Marked as solved. I put the steps I took in the OnePlus specific forum instead of the general support area.

If on the off chance anybody actually knows how to use this script, I would like to hear about it. Feel free to put the information out there.

Yes, it was two monitors but they were mirrored, not extended. Makes the second monitor pointless for now.

My SMS (picture messages) has stopped working again, what happens is when I try to send a picture the spinner just never stops.

Fun times since the newest version 11.2 of the ubports-installer no longer contains the checkbox option for a clean wipe user data install. So my only option for fixing this is completely gone.

What do I do?

Its a Oneplus Nord 10 5G, with stable 24.04-1.

When I send people an MMS message from UBPorts, the images that are received on the other side are significantly degraded from what is in my photo gallery.

Is this a setting that I can control? So that the images are sent across much closer in resolution/quality?

As an unscientific test, I took an Android that I have which is around the same age and specs of the phone I'm using for UBPorts and when I send using the Android the photo comes out on the other end with decent quality. (albeit it is also degraded. I can see some grainy but it's minor)
