@linux-is-life daily driving Mint Mobile on the 6t for about a month so far. I still cannot get gps to work, nor group mms. Other than that, no major issues. Totally daily driver material.

@magdesign It doesnt seem to be universal, though. Previous users (not me) in this thread do have GPS.

@trwidick sorry bring this one back from the dead, but did this fix both picture MMS and multi person conversation MMS? I have Mint running on my Oneplus 6t, and your APN settings work wonderfully for picture and attachment MMS, but all group text messages send me error messages. Just curious if it is a Oneplus only issue.

Installed on my 6t last night. So far so good. MMS was borked yesterday, but magically started working. GPS isnt working asof right no, but maybe that will magically work soon too. Who knows....

Great work! Tried to daily drive the 6t on GSI back in january. Gonna try it again with this new update.

@flohack I've got a working knowledge of it from messing around with rooting and Android roms. I'd certainly be willing to try.

@flohack I had a lineage build based on Android 9 on it. When I get off work today, I can try it from stock android 9 and see if the results are better.

@flohack I tried both commands. Both hang without resolution.

@flohack I dusted off my old pixel 2 and gave it a try. After reverting to android 9, I tried the installer from the command line with the new config file. That seemed to work well, going through all of the prompts. Once finished, I got the UB ports avatar and a message stating it was updating. Once finished, it rebooted and got stuck on the Google logo. I let it hang for about 10 minutes and tried two more times with fresh wipes. No luck.
