Nice! I'm happy to see this feature implemented.

I've been testing the PinePhonee for quite awhile now, but am still having one problem: Is there a trick to placing a phone call? I'm using an image I downloaded last weekend, which I updated, (apt update && apt upgrade), and I'm using T-Mobile, which I hear is a good carrier to use with the PinePhone. I can receive calls, but when I try to place a call, it returns: Call Failed. Many thanks

Someone could “sponsor“ the rc test on bq e5? On my phone there is a problem with incoming calls (see OTA-12 call for testing forum) - from rc...w18 and still present on w19, released yesterday. Thanks!

@plotters I'd say the question is more the reverse, if Gluon supports Ubuntu Touch. It seems like the current answer is "no" but you could perhaps ask them to support it. If they support having the apps be Wayland clients for drawing, then basic things will just work, once UT is fully switched to Wayland. Things like camera, audio, location, file sharaing, etc… will need additional support to work.
