@matteo thanks @NeoTheThird, @mariogrip and @UniSuperBox for replying to my question regarding the unconfined apps in OpenStore. Incidentally I'm developing an app which is unconfined not because I wanted to by-pass the apparmor rules, but because I had no choice in order to make it work (see dataMonitor).
If there will be the chance to add a confinement layer tailored on apps needs, it would be great. I hope one day my app functionalities will be included in the OS "Settings" section, but in the meantime I could eventually think to publish it on the OpenStore, following the instructions of the UBports team ☺ .

@kugiigi i use the lg watch urban(W150)(codename bass) and it worked well with my N5. With my MX4 the connection is disconnected after each notification. But I think it's the Bluetooth of the MX4 and not the clock.

My guess is most of the people who funded it expected it to succeed. It seemed like a moonshot to me, but they were the only people publicly touting a phone platform at that time that was not tied to a proprietary operating system in some form or another, so I gave them $600 (or whatever it was at the time) to see what they could do.

I backed the Ubuntu Edge too, FWIW. Got a refund for that. Have no idea what I'll get from Purism. I do hope they succeed, and I do hope I get a phone from them someday, but they're being the opposite of transparent at the moment, which is worrisome.

Can you give us an update on the HW enablement of the PineTab for UT?
Given the similarities in HW, it seems likely that the progress made on the PinePhone benefits the Tab as well. Can we assume that it is in roughly the same condition as the PinePhone?

The pinephone is very exciting in deed! I can't wait to actually try it out, its cheep enough for most people that they can grab one without worrying to much about their bottom line, as well which is great!

The OP3 port is looking amazing, cant wait to see it in the official installer, for anyone with a OP3 to easily install.
I think the OP5 is gonna be worked on after that, but I'm not sure since it's Vince's main device atm, and I believe that Treble is still an issue.

I'm a big fan of the OnePlus devices personally, and the more OnePlus devices with an ubuntu port, the better, I hope that Halium gets support for newer versions of android, so we can get a convergence OnePlus device with MHL out, but thats a distant future it seems.

A follow up question, if I might...

@NeoTheThird is at Ubucon in Portugal next week, giving some talks... Will there be videos of the talks available for us to watch? I know you've tried hard to provide them in the past.
