        Greetings.

Occasionally when I start the Nexus 5 its start screen is vertically off set as shown in the attached picture. It only starts like this perhaps one time in six, and is easily rectified by briefly pressing the power button. Any clues why this should happen?

I had the same trouble when I installed UT for the very first time.
            Causes: Deprecated firmware.
Solution: Re-install Android latest OTA / Factory image: https://developers.google.com/android/ota

If you're running Windows 10 you can easily doing it by running "Nexus Toolkit" software: https://nexusroottoolkit.com/

When done: Enable developer mode + Debug ADB, than turn on bootloader mode and re-install UT through UBports Installer.

Screen cropping will be fixed 😉

Thank you Stan. In view of my previous problems installing UT I shall live with the problem for now, but if it becomes intolerable I'll follow your suggestion.
