@epierre OK no problem, just wanted to make sure you got the order because I got an error at the end of the transaction and I didn't receive an email with the details. Just the paypal payment notification. Thanks!

@kcir No, this is not normal. Same issue, sales@ubports.com way to slow to respond (> 1 month in my case). Not sure what the problem is but I would expect a faster response if e.g. a client's credit card was charged after a web site crash when no order was placed.

@kcir Could I please ask that you send an email to sales@ubports.com stating what has happenend and let me know when you have done so. In the mean time I will pass this on as well. I can only apologise that your issue has taken so long to be dealt with.
