 @epierre almost 3 months later and nothing, is this normal?  who I can contact about this? who I can contact about this?

 @kcir No, this is not normal. Same issue, sales@ubports.com way to slow to respond (> 1 month in my case). Not sure what the problem is but I would expect a faster response if e.g. a client's credit card was charged after a web site crash when no order was placed.

 @kcir Could I please ask that you send an email to sales@ubports.com stating what has happenend and let me know when you have done so. In the mean time I will pass this on as well. I can only apologise that your issue has taken so long to be dealt with.

 @commisde All I can report is that no further issues have been brought to my attention. If they continue to be a problem please let us know.
