New website ubports.com
-
So much better than the previous one (and now well integrated with ubuntu-touch.io).
Congratulations to everyone who contributed !Don't hesitate to take a walk to discover all the resources to which it facilitates the access:
https://ubports.com/Just lacks as many translations as possible; let's get to work...
-
However, there is at least one problem of consistency to correct:
https://ubports.com/supported-products: Volla Phone, Fairphone 2, Nexus 5, OnePlus One, PinePhone, PineTab
https://ubuntu-touch.io/fr/get-ubuntu-touch "Promoted Devices" : PinePhone, Fairphone 3, Volla, Nexus 5, OnePlus One
- supported products versus "Promoted Devices"
- "Volla Phone" versus "Volla"
- "Fairphone 2" versus "Fairphone 3"
- 6 devices versus five devices
- Not the same order
It's seems a bit of a mess.

Hi and congratulation for the new website!
I think it will be very difficult to explain the real "maturity" for each devices, even for the top 20.
I know it's a work in progress but some devices are for "advance users" but they're in the installer and work as daily driver for lot of people. Some are nice for "second devices" with the same features.
For example pixel 3A is ready for daily use and just under in the list Xaomi Redmi Note 9 pro Max " for second device"...
Some devices far in the list are used for daily driver without issues.For sure nobody in the community have all the devices in the top list, but if we can provide a precise description in this list, it will bring more users to UT.
Best regard.

Some phones should also be mentioned as "Not supported anymore once the first OTA based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS is released!"

check the outline of the images, it seems like sawy/chopy. Removing the white line should look better

@thousandtopics
That's just because of your dark mode.
You can't ask the designer to take every addon into account. -
@applee oook, I mean, I work everyday infront of the computer. The less light I see, the less disconfort to the eyes, and I think that is more a physiologic need vs tech, rather than aesthetics. But, it's ok. If it was designed to be light . . that's fine I guess.

@thousandtopics
Not enough light can hurt your eyes too! -
Do you ship to the USA, and if I buy a t-shirt, will the price be converted?
-
@lt-dillinger As far as I know yes, though no idea of postal charges and or import or currency charges. Any problems let me know.

@applee Darkmode is also an a11y feature, I don't use it myself because it messes with my eyes, but there are people that can't use lightmode applications. Especially true when looking at the screenshot with "For everyone" header
