@sven
I am not 100% sure, but the Siemens GS5 is probably the one. -
@grepo
Gigaset is a Siemens brand. -

Yes, back then ...
But Gigaset was sold 16 years ago -
Yes sorry for that. I was aware Gigaset is not any more part of the Siemens, but my synapses somehow revived interconnections. I did not even noticed I duplicated the fault second time. Hmm, it is 16 years already? I am too old

@sven , following your advice, I removed the SIM card and restarted the vollaphone. The problems did not go away. I restarted again and tested again in a time of about 24 hours. The result was that the problems did not go away.
Now I use my vollaphone with the SIM card again. But I really must find a solution, because as time goes on the phone gets more and more unusable. -
Did you get in touch with Volla about this issue?
If I'm not mistaken some people reported a screen swap and it seemed to have worked... -
This is strange with Crazy Volla. My X23 has repeatedly caused problems. Maybe once a week. In summer on holiday it was much more often. For months now I have had a gark problem.
-
@Charly
sorry mistake I wanted to write since month I have absolutly no problem. -
sorry I write on the mobile phone in german...
Unfortunately, the keyboard and translation repeatedly errors are created.Again. Since months I have no problem with crazy volla.

Hi @AppLee , yes, I wrote a mail and got an answer yesterday.
They say that these screens are not available anymore and that a screens swap would cost 120 Euros anyway. They also wrote that I can get a new Volla with 20 % discount on the regular price. But I think, they are not really addressing this problem and I do not want to have the same problem again in about 1 or 2 years.
-
@Charly , this problem seems not to happen to every volla. So, if I understand you correctly: you had these problems and they went away for months now?
-
@musicologist I have a volla X and I had the same problem (applications that open by themselves, keyboard that has a life of its own...) a long time ago. One day it stopped happening. Just like that. I've been without problems for a couple of years. I don't contribute anything, but I don't know why it happened or why it didn't happen.

Yes, over a period of one year. In the beginning usually 1-2 times a week. Wasn't nice, but I could live with it. There were always periods where there were fewer problems. Then about 4 months ago on holiday (walking in the mountains in Austria) I had it about two times a day. Then actually no longer. In between, there was ota-5 and now 6. Maybe the software has solved the problem or it occurs especially with a certain use? Just Crazy that describes it quite well.
