    Teleports can't load chats or write

        Since today I'm not able to load active chats or write something. This bug is described one month ago here: https://gitlab.com/ubports/apps/teleports/-/issues/247
        I tried do restart the phone. Deleted cache and config and logged out. Nothing helped.
        Sometimes directly after starting the app, I can enter to a chat and see chat history, but it's not possible to write something.
        With this bug, teleports isn't usable anymore!
        There was no update the last few days, I'm using teleports version 0.10.1 on rc channel ( Meizu MX4)
        Any ideas? Any ideas? This is quite important for me. A already lost encyrypted chats by logging out!

        Would be great, to get some help

          It's probably the same issue that affects random people at random times and I'm not aware of any fix or workaround except waiting for it to get fixed by itself after some time and use web version for the mean time. Apparently, it seems to be an issue with tdlib which is the official API that TELEports use.

            So there is nothing else for me than waiting and hoping that everything gets fixed by itself.
            A little bit frustrating....
            Teleports hasn't been working for two days now. No one knows, how long this will take!

            Are there really no other ideas?
            How long did it take for other people who were forced with this probleme?

            Any help welcome:)

              I have similar problem. I'm new to telegram/teleports. I installed the teleports to my UT device yesterday, but I was unable to add anyone to my contacts list. I'm not sure if I was simply doing something wrong since I'm a new user, but sounds like a similar problem.

                @flaun-in If you login into desktop Telegram or as suggested web apps from the OpenStore are all the chats visable? If clearing the cache data etc and deleting using UT TweakTool does not fix it, I would try moving to the dev channel in System Settings as a test.

                  Jap, on telegram desktop everything works just fine, except encrypted chats for sure!
                  Clearing cache, config etc didn't help.
                  Maybe I try out dev channel today....

                    @flaun-in If you do before updating use UT Tweak Tool again clear everything and delete the app. Restart then dothe the channel switch then reinstall the app.

                        To update this: After 4 days of waiting suddenly the app worked again. Because I tried to reinstall the app and deleted .cache and .config data I lost my encrypted chats.
                        For other people facing this problem maybe just waiting is the best to do!:)

                        Would like to mark this topic as solved and close it but can't find how!

                          It's in the cog wheel menu (top right next to the blue "reply" button)
                          The last menu entry is "ask a question" (this is the first step)
                          Then with the same menu there is now "mark as solved".
                          I'll let you try this and will do it if you still don't find it...
