        thanks for your answer.

I thought that when the update image was offered it was because my smartphone was one of those that were updated.
I hope the image download will be ok later

@phiibuntu That should be the case. I would try again if not the blog also contains instructions on reporting issues.

@phiibuntu I've seen that before too (on joyeuse). Seems like this is quite common sadly:
            https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/314
            https://github.com/ubports/ubports-installer/issues/2201
Makes me wonder why is that the case šŸ˜ž

@Lakotaubp I doubt unavailable update would be the case if it was offered in the first place :), but yes, that was already discussed above.

Thank you, I found in link https://github.com/ubports/ubports-installer/issues/2201 how to fix (mount) my update.

I don't understand why ota 21 et ota 22 works fine then not anymore

I am seeing the same problem on a Volla Phone X. I received a notification that OTA23 was abailable and I was able to download it but when I try to install it I end up at the UBPorts recovery screen..... which says 'Halium 9' at the bottom of the screen. I thought the VPX moved up to Halium 10 at the last OTA?

After a reboot I am still running OTA22.

I previously bricked my phone and had to do a complete re-install but the software back then was on android 9. Do I do that again or is there an android 10 version I should be using to get the partitions right?

I managed to remove the download by selecting advanced in the recovery screen followed by reset and clear cache. Rebooted back to UT and went into settings -> updates. OTA-23 was avilable to redownload. After that pressed update and still failed.

Manqged to sort it out my re-installing from the UBports installer. Selected UT and made sure the wipe data and reflash partitions options were unchecked. Got as far as booting to recovery and stuck at this point. Pressing vol down and power did nothing. On releasing the phone rebooted, to OTA-22.

Ran through the installer again as far as the booting to recovery and then went back to settings -> update on the phone and tried to install the (previously failed) download. This got me to the recovery screenšŸ‘

The instaler then snapped into life and installed OTA-23. Phone booted back up and all data preservedšŸ˜€

This is the first time that an OTA update has failed for me.... It was also the first time I had waited for notification that an update was available back at OTA-22. Are the two connected?

My phone is a Volla Phone X.
