Unsolved Mobile Data Not Working
-
Howdy, everyone
I’m new to Ubuntu Touch and I’m trying to get everything setup on a new Google Pixel 3a I picked up.
One problem I can’t resolve is getting mobile data to work. The phone can get online using WiFi just fine. But mobile data is a no-go.
I’m running the latest 2023-W13 build of the OS, and I’m trying to connect via Rogers in Canada.
The APN settings have been configured using the values provided by Rogers. I tried the 3G and LTE APNs; neither of them do anything.
Trying to go to any website using Ubuntu Touch’s built-in browser just results in a generic Network Error.
If anyone has any suggestions; I’m open to ideas.

If not already done, tru power of device, remove SIM card, boot device, delete all APN settings, power off, put SIM back, power on, and go see if there is APN settings there.I use APN created this way on my phones.
