Like @Keneda I'd not be very useful to get this app to do what it's supposed to do due to total lack of programming skills. Just wanted to thank you for your efforts and hoping someone will make this a must have application. Afaik it's the only app in the Open Store for this scanning purpose I'm desperately looking for. I was thrilled to see the native camera app working since OTA-16 stable and I couldn't wait to use your app, unfortunately it's not working as it should on my Oneplus 3T. @jimmypesto I'll do some testing on the connection thing, I pretty much have only done testing on WiFi so I didn't catch any issues around lost connections yet. Sounds like it might also be helpful to include a reset button of sorts, to clear the db when the session gets lost to it can be redone. I'll also take a closer look at that UI bug, seems odd that would happen.

@jonius Ok let me explain with a screenshot - this one is from the old boot layout, where android system is inside ubuntu.img and system.img is a hardlink to ubuntu.img, so please forgive the sizes of the files. This WILL change with Halium): partition BOOT: Contains initrd system with kernel and the usual initrd helpers [image: 1528024153388-5187ab83-cd25-4f04-85c8-4557a2dd807c-grafik.png] partition DATA: ext4 formatted, contains: on /data: ubuntu.img is the read-only root filesystem system.img contains the Android LXC container. This will not be needed at all for Raspberry folder user-data: Contains all user data from the home dir folder system-data:Contains system settings like WiFi, network, future printing, etc. So, if you manage to boot the raspberry image, your bootloader basically needs to follow the steps of https://github.com/ubports/ubports-boot and its initrd workflow.
