It's about the first VP, not the X right ?
Maybe you'll have more chances searching for a gigaset GS290 screen, as it's the same hardware, but way more spreaded than the VollaPhone.
Edit : after searching the net a bit, it seems difficult to find spare screen even for GS290...
Maybe you'll have more chance with screen "part number" that you should find on it after tearing it down.

I broke my canonical Ubuntu Touch MX4 screen some time ago, first i found an unofficial replacement screen (20€), wich had a very poor touch feeling, plus bad light uniformity, so i searched for a used MX4 with original screen, and found one (non UT compatible unfortunately) for about 50€, and teared it down to get its screen for my MX4, i still have it.
So if you find a cheap used GS290, it can be another solution.
