@el_pinguino think I am about to give up on it and just buy a cheap android tablet
It is definitely not the case as have rebooted a lot and most of the time it boots to landscape, will not change to portrait.

@arubislander I "upgraded" to 20.04 to see if it helped with webber, but I now think what I witnessed is a coincidence... I think rotation randomly works and is nothing to do with the case.
Will investigate more tomorrow.
Just installed the current devel image into my pointless Jingpad .
If I reboot it in the supplied case, rotation does not work. Take it out of case and reboot and rotation works, even after it is returned to case.
Case is magnetic.
@domubpkm Makes no difference same error message. Jingpad is basically an expensive paper weight, worst decision I ever made.
Ignore the fact that it is armhf, same error for both and I have fat fingers and clicked the wrong one to get the screenshot
@domubpkm how do I use UT TT to do what you asked cannot see an option?
UT TT says 16.04.7 LTS...
@domubpkm Jingpad A1, so a problem
@domubpkm Tried both arm64 and armhf, neither installs."Make sure it is a valid click package".
@domubpkm how do I install the v6 of webber? I am on 0.5.7??
@domubpkm will do, Monday as I left the tablet at work!
That works, got the exact address from the IT Department!
As title, get a message about unsupported browser. Can I spoof morph to appear as chrome? I run EndeavourOS, their forum is the main one I would like to sign into.
@emphrath thanks will give it a go!
Trying to connect my Jingpad A1 to an NHS public wifi hotspot.
It has a sign in page and cannot bring it up on tablet.... On phone it is pretty much automatic. Tried entering the address into the browser (as displayed on phone) but it brings up wrong page. Any ideas?
I cannot get into recovery mode Boot loops until the battery dies. Any ideas?
Right, got into recovery mode, think the problem was I left it connected to computer as battery had died.....
Apologies for the necro-bump!!
Open a terminal, cd to ~/.local/share/libertine
edit the file ContainersConfig.json
, remove the offending lines (nano is available), watch the commas denoting end of line. Save and no more spinning circles.

Will look at the links tomorrow as it is late
Followed the tutorial which says to install, but it is not showing any apps.
VLC launches, but the spinning circle of doom never stops
Any ideas??
