@sam_villemur on what channel you are? Devel rc or stable? Are you using armhf or arm64?

@sam_villemur Might be worth checking here to see if an issue has been posted already http://github.com/ubports

                  Hi again,
I've posted one week ago i could not not load my mails in dekko2.
It's not resolved, i didn't find nothing to fix it.
I copy here the error message :
                  Error: could not load: File:///opt.click.ubuntu.com/dekko2.dekkoproject/0.3.3/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/bin/plugins/ubunu/mail/messageview
                  DefaultMessagePage.qml:119 Type DekkoWebView unavailable
                  file:///opt/click.ubuntu.com/dekko2.dekkoproject/0.3.3/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/bin/plugins/ubunu/mail/webview/DekkoWebView.qml:192 Type QQC2.Dialog unavailable
file:///usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/qt5/qml/QtQuick/Controls.2/Suru/Dialog.qml:68 ElevationEffect is not a type

I'm new with UT so i don't understand very well what i can try...
                  Please, help me...

                    Hi

                    Basic troubleshooting would be :
1- Try to reboot the phone
2- Try to wipe the cache for said app
3- Try to uninstall the app and reinstall it

If you don't have valuable settings, you can also try 3 and deleting cache and config files.
You can act on the cache and config of an app using UT Tweak Tool (this is an app you can find in the Open Store)

Use code tag to put some on the forum, it clearer to read ^^

@sam_villemur Before uninstalling use UT Tweak Tool to first clear cache, data and config then delete dekko and restart the phone and try installing again.
