I know that one! Install the Ubuntu Tweak Tool app, it has an option for Scaling which will give you a larger font.
It might be good to start separate topics in the Support area for questions that aren't so easy to answer. After all, this is a topic for introductions. On that note, welcome!

Dekko does not delete messages?
First of all welcome!
You can delete messages in Dekko by either opening the message and clicking on the dustbin icon top right, or from the inbox (or any folder view) put your finger on the message and slide it to the right. This reveals a red dustbin icon to the left of the message. Click on this to delete the message.

I would like to know how do i port Ubuntu Touch to my phone
Hello and welcome!
A good place to start reading is here.
But keep in mind: porting will generally take weeks, if not months, and during the process you will have a non-working phone most of the time. So it's not recommended to try to port your only phone and daily driver.
If you'd happen to have a spare, that would help a lot. -
Howdy! My name is Jim Johnston. I have been using Ubuntu for a couple of years now and have been enjoying it quite a bit. I have been looking for a way to break away from Google for my phone, and recently discovered Ubuntu touch. I have a OP6T and a Nexus 5 that I am trying to get configured for a daily driver. Right now, I am mainly getting used to the ins and outs of UT, and looking at the differences between the RC and stable versions. I really like the concept of Convergence. It seems to work well wired on my Nexus 5 but I am not able to get the wireless display to work on the OP6T. I look forward to playing around with this and helping out with any testing that I can. Thank you, all, in advance.

Hello and welcome! Those are lovely, I have both of them as well. May I ask why they're not updated?

Hi All,
Well not a developer - but a solid end user with a twist.
I have been 100% linux for about the last 15 years and now run 2 businesses with ~15 staff and both are 100% linux based (internal servers / desktops / laptops etc) we have a ban on anything windoze on the corporate network - so not the usual run of the mill workplace!, and Im here as im experimenting with UT instead of android starting with my personal phone... so I cant help with the developing, but im awesome at bug finding (my nic around another piece of software is "cornercase") and sometimes sponsoring development. Just bought a pixel 3a and got it up and running, so now looking around at what I can and cant do easily with it. -

Welcome to the UBports community forum.
Enjoy using Ubuntu Touch OS and participate here, and on gitlab for bug reporting ^^ -
Hi I'm @treebeard aged 60 and a retired Lead Software Engineer using the Microsoft Toolset.
My first home computers in the late 1970's were the Science Of Cambridge MK14 and the Tangerine Microtan 65. In those days software was 'free' in the GNU sense. The source code to the Microtan OS was fully listed in the user guide for example.
I started taking an interest in Linux in 2007 after taking a strong dislike to Windows Vista and settled on Ubuntu. I never had time to acquire Linux Dev skills though, on top of keeping up with Microsoft constantly reinventing the wheel.
I was thrilled when Ubuntu Touch was launched and bought a BQ E4.5 in 2015 which I still use as an alarm clock.
I upgraded to the original Volla Phone, and after damaging it just received a Volla X23.
I post occasionally on this forum, mainly with helpful hints where I have solved an issue. I'm not a Linux or Mobile developer but help out where I can.
I guess I'm an example of a Ubuntu Touch 'customer' rather than a dev.
Computers and the Internet provide complete freedom but are being buried under a mountain of corporate control. To everyone involved in ubPorts who must at times feel downbeat about the project, I say remember why Ubuntu Touch was founded. To give back the software freedom and privacy we have had taken from us.

Very good point and it is easy to forget why we are all here when things play up a bit. Nice to be reminded and of course welcome to the Forum and Community.
