Problem with forum and "about:blank#blocked".

It's been some time now that when i try to open an outsife link by "short click", it fails.
Normally (edit : with the option set in forum settings), when we short clic a link on the forum, it opens a new tab to open the target site, flowlessly.But now it opens a blank tab, with "about:blank#blocked" in Morph address field, i know in web coding "about:blank" should opens a new browser page/tab, but why it fails now ?
It still works perfectly well with "long clik > open in new window" so why not anymore with about:blank ?
Is it a Morph issue or a "ubport forum postupdate issue" ?
Edit : maybe a security activated in last forum update ?

@Keneda I don't really understand the problem because I haven't noticed anything defective on the Volla. Do you have screenshots and/or a reproducible example?

Problem is on the ubports forum i guess, any outside link that i "click" on, just get me a blank screen with "about:blank#blocked" in morph address field.From what i remember it worked sometime ago.
Simply test clicking that with morph :

Don't work for me, must long click and "open in a new tab"As it still works with internal forum links (clicking https://forums.ubports.com opens... In same tab, well like normal lol), i suspect some security feature that prevents from visiting outside forum links.

Same problem with https://ubports.com/fr/
Opens me a new #blocked blank tab...
Image itself opens in new tab btw lol.

@Keneda I confirm that I don't have this problem on the Volla. Probably related to MX4. You can also test with Sapot.

Strange is i don't have that on other sites where clicking an external link in Morph effectively opens the target in new tab. -
@Keneda You can delete cache and cookies of morph. You can test with a webapp of Forum too.

Do you have "open external links in new tab" ticked in you UBP forum settings ? -

@Keneda Yes. Just tested in the webapp. For the link to open directly, this option must be UNCHECKED for me.

There is the problem, i want any external link to open in new tabs.And this worked fine, [i think] before forum update.
If i uncheck box, yes it works and opens directly in same window, but that's not the behavior i want.
Did you try with Morph with that box checked ?

@Keneda not tested on morph currently as i use a forum webapp but in the webapp it doesn't work (the link is frozen). It works in firefox android (tested on another smartphone).
Edit : i tested only in private mode and i confirm what you say in Morph and Sapot too.

@Keneda I didn't know this is an old issue and someone already posted it here. I recently brought this up on telegram and Maciek said that the forum seems to be doing something special that Morph or the current version of QtWebEngine doesn't yet support or understand hence the "blocked" page.
I guess we'll just have to wait for an updated QtWebEngine and long press for now
