Hi @Charly
Technically, you never asked for the subcategory. You just asked to understand why there is none.
It was answered. Now if I was trying to be a smart ass I would hypothesized that you were trying to use passive aggression to get something you wish.
There are no fairies on this forum and asking properly and nicely is something important to this community. If I was able to create the subcategory (and I'm not) I would have taken my time before even considering doing it and would have done it for others.
Sorry, I'm kidding right now, as I understand you probably don't meant to be rude .You just have to understand that we are all from different countries and culture here so the way of asking/writing things is important to avoid diplomatic incidents
The moderators took note of your remark. Now lets just wait for us volunteers to make it happen.
I hope you understand.
As a modo myself, I try to give these reminders from time to time.
It's no big deal, but I hope it helps keeping this forum a happy place.Peace

Hello everyone, I didn't want to step on anyone's toes with my contribution. But after several nice inquiries, I have put some weight into the question this time. I am grateful to all volunteers and hope that the x23 will soon get its subcategory. I hope to be able to help with my experience with the x23 and my feedback.
Peace -
@Charly You don't need to wait until the X23 gets its own subcategory to start contributing tips and tricks for this device.
You can start doing so now already. Just be sure to tag or label them clearly as relating to the X23. Then, if and when that desired subcategory is created, the relevant posts will be moved to that subcategory. -

Thank you, I have collected a lot of feedback and would like to work on the quality check of the software.
I have already reported a few bugs, but as far as I know the bugs have not been fixed yet. I personally find that rather demotivating. Perhaps this was partly responsible for the fact that my penultimate post was somewhat impatient.
If there is no subcategory, I don't know how I can reach the right person. I have the impression that nobody feels responsible. -
@Charly The subcategories are neither made, nor necessarily monitored by the maintainer of the port.
This being a Volla Phone the first place to report bugs would be to Volla themselves on their forums, or otherwise in the issue tracker of the device's port. -
@Charly A good place to report UT issues for Volla phones is: https://github.com/HelloVolla/ubuntu-touch-beta-tests/issues

@sven
Thanks, I will test it. -
