Hello, i have a Volla phone with ubuntu, updated to the 20.04 OTA 4. But since this OTA 4, i'm completely unable to do more updates (from the 20.04 stable channel). It downloads the update, after i restart it for the install and it goes to a boot recovery menu. And if i choose to "reboot system now", it comes back to OTA 4. The other entries are "Ubuntu Actions" and "Android Actions" but i don't know which actions i have to choose. For ubuntu, there are : "Reboot system now" (it goes back to OTA 4), "Replace ubuntu android system" "Install ubuntu zip" "Insatll ubuntu preinstalled" (but it is already installed?) "Wipe data/factory reset" I only want to update the system not to replace it or re-insatll it ....

I have a Volla X23 with Ubuntu touch and would like to install the Volla OS operating system. Because I'm just used to Andriod. I found instructions on how to install Ubuntu touch, but nothing the other way around, from UT to OS. UBports is already on my Windows computer. Developer mode is also on. but for me, who never has done an installation at a phone, its difficult to understand how it works. To me it seems like the whole thing doesn't run quite smoothly with the UBPorts software, because even after installing the OS (where did the installation go?) it says "Fastboot is scanning for devices". Can anyone help me around here?

@benzer On my Vollaphone X running 20.04 OTA 5 I can get to the SD card in the file manager by launching it then clicking on the menu top left (parallel lines) then the SD card is at the bottom of the list - a string of letters and numbers. Clicking on this gives me the standard user folders (music, downloads, etc) on the SD card.

Oh nice, I really want a UT tablet. I wonder how good the Mediatek SOC though. With a quick search, it's on par but a bit worse than SD845 which is in Poco F1 if I'm not mistaken. 12GB of RAM is nice though especially for running Waydroid Hopefully external display will also be supported.
