Re: How to Downgrade Nord N10 T-Mobile?
Hello,
I have exactly done, what MrT10001 wrote, to downgrade my OnePlus Nord N10 5g from Oxygen OS 11.0.4 to Oxygen OS 10.5.7, but I guess, the phone is not being found by the MsmDownloadTool:- Powering off the phone.
- Running MSM tool as Administrator (Windows 11).
- USB cable ist plugged into the PC.
- Holding Volume UP and Volume Down button together.
- Plugging in the USB cable into the phone and releasing the two volume buttons.
But now, the phone is not shown on the MSM Download list, nor any COM port is listed.
Therefore klicking start in the MSM Download tool doesn't help.Is it possible, that the phone has a sim-lock?
Is it possible, that Windows 11 doesn't work? -
@frifo When the device is in EDL mode and attached to the PC, what shows up in Device Manager under COM ports?
-
The column under COM is empty. Whether the device is in EDL mode or not, I don't know.
-
@frifo I am talking about Windows device manager, not the MSM Download tool. The device has to be in the correct EDL state to be detected by the MSM tool.

I installed ubuntu touch before to Oneplus n100. In this phone windows not anymore offered drivers. I downloaded oneplus drivers for windows from oneplus website and I needed to change windows to test mode to use drivers. I used windows 10. After I changed test mode back to normal mode.
