Apparently OnlyOffice works fairly well on small screens. It's webbased, so in theory one could probably make a UT app for it based on their electron(?) based desktop app or alternatively connect to their cloud version with a mobile browser.

I followed your advice and joined the ongoing requests => https://github.com/ubports/address-book-app/issues/12#issuecomment-552354416 It would be a great pleasure to help of implementing the features but I have not the skills to do it, unfortunately. About my remark about the impossibility of exporting the address book, I just discovered that it is actually possible. I apologize for the mistake.
