@stropbu Just quit tested on my N5 and i can confirm i have issues with its camera. No all quite the same as you but there are. I have the rear camera working (preview and photos taken), but once, after manual focusing on a very bright part of my tv screen, app control just vanished. On front camera, preview is reverted, but photo that outputs is in right orientation (edit : just tested on my MX4, same behavior on front camera, maybe it's intended ?) Also i have what you describes, manual focusing with front camera just make buttons not working for some loooong seconds after focusing finished (capture button color stays gray instead of white during that time). Did not tested in OTA-23 and previous as it is my spare phone.

@stropbu I have installed "Lineage Os" on the phone "Lg Nexus 5" (it has been impossible for me to install "Ubuntu Touch" again; The camera fails. It must be the motherboard of the phone that is damaged, which gave the above failures . I apologize for believing that it was the "Ubuntu Touch" operating system. Este es un sistema que ha funcionado bien hasta ahora y que no supone añadir más carga de trabajo a los poquísimos voluntarios que están (estamos) dispuestos a echarle un montón de horas todos los días Para usar Telegram en tu dispositivo UT te recomiendo que instales TELEports, pero si quieres usar una plataforma/protocolo 100% abierta y libre, mejor usa Matrix. FluffyChat es una aplicación que funciona genial.

@stropbu Not as far as I know. Ubports is currently seeking Foundation status in Germany which may give further options but for the moment the options are on that page.

@stropbu OK you can just download the installer and try it yourself, and I will try and help from here or I will get one of the install team to help from here. You can also use matrix and IRC bridge to contact ubports. Sorry but can't remember the links just now as only have phone at present. Also look up ubports docs and instructions are there also. Of course you can keep the old Ubuntu touch, but it is not supported at all now so your situation will not improve.
