Thanks everyone. If I test /e/, then I'll know more, good or bad.

Hello,
My Nexus 5 currently runs Ubuntu Touch, but I would like to install /e/ OS on it to test. The instructions to do so are found at https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/wiki/en/wikis/device/hammerhead/install. Is there anything special I need to do in UT to prepare to install TWRP or flash the /e/ ROM?
Thank you.
Dear Friends,
Over the past few weeks, my UT calender app fails to sync with my Google Calendar unless I first remove, then re-add my Google account to UT each day. Any idea why and how to fix it (besides dumping Google)?
Thank you
@mooncosmique I couldn't receive MMS unless my mobile data was turned on. Once I did that, MMSs came through great.

Thanks for your work on this app @CiberSheep
Hey everyone, I was finally able to get KeeWeb to work. Yay! Just in case you're experiencing the same trouble as I was: at first, I couldn't get it to work until I told it to not display the "local file" message any more. The rest of the app wouldn't respond until that non-displaying message was acknowledged. Once I tried it in desktop mode, I could finally see the message & tell it to stop displaying- then the app worked.
Thanks, I will use that procedure. I know that there's more than clearing cookies, cache, history, etc. to be anonymous. What else should I do?
@domubpkm & @lduboeuf Thanks guys for explaining to me. I hid the keyboard like you suggested & it froze again, but when I selected the menu before typing, the menu choices actually loaded in the new window. You basically need to be out of "text entry mode" before you tap the dropdown menu. Thanks again
Friends,
Much of the time, when I tap on a dropdown menu found adjacent to a webpage search box, another window in Morph opens & the loads the choices for me to select. There are many other times when the second window opens, but never loads the menu of choices. Then when i close that Morph window, Unity restarts.
How do I get the dropdown menu to load?
Thank you.
@advocatux Thanks for telling me where the cookies for Morph are. I discovered a database named Cookies, but I do not know how to clear them. Please forgive my ignorance, but will you please tell me how to do so?
Thank you.
@advocatux So there's no way to clear cookies? Is there any web browser like Firefox Focus which wipes all data (mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/mobile/#focus) for Ubuntu Touch? I hate the idea that Google, FB, & others are tracking me across the web or discovering what sites I've visited because of residual cookies.
Thanks
@Krille & @Lakotaubp Thanks for the advice. I hope that it works
UPDATE:
Okay, this is weird. My Nexus 5 has now successfully booted twice and I'm writing this post update on the phone
I have no idea why it's working now, but not before. I am grateful though.
Hello everyone,
Here's a strange one...I had rebooted my Nexus 5 running OTA-7 stable and then installed some updates for Fluffy Chat and Calendar app, then I opened a private tab on Morph and was surfing the internet for about five minutes, then all of a sudden, my screen went black.
I immediately pressed the power button and the screen lit up again for a second or two, then went dark again, so I pressed the power button again and this time, the "shutdown/reboot" dialog popup displayed a few times for a second and I tried to tap outside of the popup so that it would disappear. Then the phone shutdown and attempted to reboot- it got as far as displaying "Google" and an unlocked padlock against a black screen. After displaying "Google" for about eight seconds, the screen went black again and about three seconds later, the same screen displayed, but only for a half second.
Now, every time I press the power button to turn on my phone, the same boot loop happens ("Google" for eight seconds, then again for half a second). I even tried to boot into fastboot (hold down volume down and power buttons), and the fast boot screen displays for only approximately one second, then the same boot loop occurs.
I disconnected the battery and held the power button down for greater than thirty seconds in order to drain the electrical capacitors, let go of the button, and reconnected the battery in hopes that this would fix the issue; however, that hope was disappointed. I repeated this procedure again to no avail.
Does anyone know what I should do next?
TIA
@tricky Thank you for your reply. I actually created a few test files for testing on Keepit and Keeweb, but they still do not work.
@CiberSheep Unfortunately, after I use File Manager to select the keepass file which I want to open, the file is not listed below in the app (see screenshot). What am I missing? Would you mind please posting a video of you selecting a keepass file, selecting a key file, then opening that keepass file so that I can see what the process is supposed to look like? Thank you
@advocatux Thanks for the notification. I will try uploading the screenshot now...
@CiberSheep Okay, sorry for the delay. You can find a screenshot of the page which I am clicking at https://www.dropbox.com/s/ivctl275uzuyk4a/screenshot20190207_135859797.png?dl=0.
Strangely enough, that screenshot includes the "Enter"/carriage return icon; however, that icon no longer displays on the page since I have reinstalled the app on my phone. Same behavior following the reinstall though.
Thank you.
@CiberSheep I am trying to upload these screenshots again...I am hoping that it works this time.

Arg...something's wrong. I get the above when I attempt to upload the screenshots. Do you know what's wrong with these uploads?
@CiberSheep Attached are screenshots of 1. the "Unsupported file version detected" message from Keepit, and 2. the screenshot from Keeweb, both of which I described in my posts found above.![1_1549573679075_screenshot20190207_135859797.png](Uploading 100%) ![0_1549573679074_screenshot20190125_140936526.png](Uploading 100%)
