A command I've found which changes the authentication method from the command line is: /usr/share/ofono/scripts/set-context-property 1 AuthenticationMethod pap The number may vary depending on which order the APNs are displayed in /usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-contexts. @barryt I have been running 20.04 Development channel for a few days now and everything is working perfectly; SMS messages come through in just a few seconds. I shall post on the Github link. Thanks for the help.
