Notes and Evernote Poll

I'm interested to know how many people uses app notes and how. This is for a friend

3 - I use notes app locally and would like to sync it with my "nextcloud notes" (!!!)

I use Notes with Evernote, so I can have the notes in my desktop too.
So 2.
No mind to drop Evernote if there is another way to sync with the desktop, but I would prefer it through a core app as the default Notes.

4 - Notes stored in Nextcloud in Markdown. I just use the markdown editor in Nextcloud, but it's kinda buggy.
