I use Notes with Evernote, so I can have the notes in my desktop too.
So 2.
No mind to drop Evernote if there is another way to sync with the desktop, but I would prefer it through a core app as the default Notes. -

I'ld like to use evernote with the native notes app, but it seems the app won't let me add an account. Since I can't otherwise sync notes stored locally in a comfortable way, I don't use notes on my phone at all.
