Thanks to you all, I now have the Firefox, Libreoffice, and even the V.L.C. Player & Ubuntu Restricted Extras I'd forgotten running on my Aquaris F.H.D. with the latest O.S release, plus learned how to use a container for the first time. Thanks again!

Likewise, I tried installing the font manager 'Fonts" to install a modified segoeui.fft, but the installation ended with [code]E: Unable to locate package fonts[/code], so Fonts doesn't appear in Deskop Apps. Is this fixable?

I think your battery was drained just in time when you plugged it in. When that happened to me i could not connect it to my computer. Your reflash was most likely not necessary.

Bug is with UT. Never happened to me when i used Android.

Strange. I DO get keyboard in firefox and gedit on my Nexus 7. Not sure what to check for why this would be different for me ....

@Marathon2422 Oh yes I remember this and it happened more on my E5 than the tablet. I raised a bug report for this, but it was never addressed and later I realised why.
