        hi,

        I have a
        Fairphone 4
        UT 24.04 1.1
        Germany
        Fonic (Telefonica, O2)

overall its working pretty good. I have a more stable phone call connection with better quality because before the last update only 2G worked for me.
a nice additional benefit for me is the gain in battery life while staying on 4G all day long 🙂

VoLTE was disabled as I switched to 2G only and went back to 4G. After restarting the phone VoLTE was back there again.

        "I gotta stay charged."

        FP4
        Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.1

I just discovered that I missed this. I'm with my POCO X3 NFC on Focal, dev channel and VoLTE work like a charm with my carrier... and it lows the consumption of battery.
          Thanks for the work!

Any updates or thoughts on the best device for VoLTE in US on T-mobile? I ordered a Fairphone 4 but the order was canceled (I guess the seller doesn't actually ship to the US) so now I'm wondering if I'm better off going with a different device anyways?

@majorquibble OP N10 is confirmed to work with VoLTE on both T-Mobile and AT&T on the 24.04 daily builds . The same porter has activated VoLTE on the OP N100, but not confirmed yet by US users (I'll be testing it myself very soon).

OP N10 in US on AT&T MVNO. VoLTE working very nicely.

Setting context to dual protocol, I can also confirm 5G works on NSA towers! Getting 90-120mbps download, with no VoLTE issues (still able to send/receive calls with NR data channel).

@majorquibble Please let me know if you succeed.
I bought OP N10 (BE2028, previously T-Mobile, now carrier unlocked) on Ebay a few weeks ago, and received email from Oneplus today that Ebay is NOT an authorized OP reseller, and therefore OP will NOT send me bootloader unlock token.

@jam1388 said in Working VoLTE reports, share your experience:

been hearing news about shutdown of 4g on t-mobile starting next month and only certain 4g devices will work ... I just hope this phone continues to work after the phase out of 4g how much speed do we need LOL!!

hello @jam1388 ! I totally agree with you! I just got my NORD n10 5g to work today and in the device verification via T-Mobile webpage, sadly, I think it said this won't work with the satellites. 😞 Hope we can get a couple of good years out of it nonetheless.

big THANK YOU for sharing your detailed experience in the OnePlus Nord N10 5g thread. I was inspired to attempt it after seeing you and others succeed!!

I really, truly want to express my sincere GRATITUDE to everyone in this wonderful forum and project in general. The developers, product mgrs, maintainers, support, forum members ... you are all HEROS to me! Let's keep it alive.
