      @Fla

      Why if one OS isn't ready, you should not deliver the other ones?

      I think you misread the statement. "If at least one OS distribution is not ready by February, this will delay general availability production" means that if there is not at least one OS (in other words: if there are zero available OS).

        @Fla said in PinePhone:

        So we have many information about the PinePhone hardware on this thread, but as we are on the UT forum, I was expecting some UT devs to indicate and keep us up-to-date with the status of UT on the PinePhone.

        Well, let's ask πŸ™‚

          @B2288 That is correct. In short, if there is no end-user ready OS build by Feb 2020, then there is no real point in starting a large production-run.
          As for what the status of the different OS' as of today - reach out to relevant developers.

                    The scale looks a bit big to me but awesome work! I might consider buying the PinePhone as my daily driver πŸ™‚

                      @kugiigi The scale is probably the default from our device setup and can be changed anytime πŸ˜‰

                        @kugiigi haha I was thinking the reverse. With my eyesight and clumsy fingers, that scale would be great!

                          Updated the OP with mention (from a recent wiki update) of charging being to USB PD specifications. I don't actually know enough about USB PD or USB charging in general to know if that's significant, but I put it there for the benefit of those who do know. πŸ™‚

                            As far as I know, PD means power delivery and it's capable of delivering more power and in both ways, meaning you can charge your phone or your phone can your something else.

                                    Many updates to the OP in the last five or six bullet points, as well as some new images and video links from Lukasz's update, and also of course a direct link to that update, which is an absolute gold mine of great info.

                                    @PINE64 , many thanks for keeping us all in the loop. This is exciting news!

                                            So I get that USB PD means quick charging, which is good. It's been a while since I read the whole topic, but I don't think it's been mentioned; with USB-C, does it mean this device could potentially support convergence?
