Dekko2 could not load email

@sam_villemur can you please check in the system setting for updates? If i remember correct, there are some fixes in one of the last updates.

@stefwe do you speak about the updates of dekko? I just update few days ago... If you speak about settings in UT i don't find "updates"...

@stefwe Ok I understood updates in the settings but all is new and especially dekko2 because it was not working before and since i updated, it open and i can send mails but not open them.
I think it's maybe about permissions, the error message seems to say that the type of file is "unavailable"... -
@sam_villemur Which X model is it you have? Dekko2 should be working ok. Just wondering if it is an issue on that device only. I am not have issues on my OP3 on the Dev channel for instance.

@sam_villemur on what channel you are? Devel rc or stable? Are you using armhf or arm64?

I've posted one week ago i could not not load my mails in dekko2.
It's not resolved, i didn't find nothing to fix it.
I copy here the error message :

Basic troubleshooting would be :
1- Try to reboot the phone
2- Try to wipe the cache for said app
3- Try to uninstall the app and reinstall itIf you don't have valuable settings, you can also try 3 and deleting cache and config files.
You can act on the cache and config of an app using UT Tweak Tool (this is an app you can find in the Open Store) -

I uninstall the app and reinstall it but same problem. -
@sam_villemur Before uninstalling use UT Tweak Tool to first clear cache, data and config then delete dekko and restart the phone and try installing again.

yes that's what i done,
...the "copies and folders" are empties but there is not an option "received"
