I use VyprVPN. It also has good speed, hasn't given me any problems and I have it working on UT.

RE: Dekko Namespace Change
@michael If you touch the Dekko2 app icon and keep your finger on it for 2 or 3 seconds it should give you the option to uninstall.

RE: Can Morph browser save login credentials?
@advocatux Hi again. I'm using it in normal mode.
I also have a Nexus 4 and it gives the same problem, also after switching to dev channel.

RE: Can Morph browser save login credentials?
@lakotaubp @advocatux Hi, I installed the development version and tested again with my email provider. Unfortunately, the result is the same.

@lakotaubp Hi. Thanks a lot. I'll give it a try and report back.

RE: Can Morph browser save login credentials?
Thanks for replying.
The browser is not remembering, or offering to remember login credentials on my N5 running Xenial. I tried this morning logging in to my email service provider and that wasn't saved, and I log in every day to the gust wifi network where I work and those credentials are not saved either.
It would be convenient to not have to re-enter those each time.

Can Morph browser save login credentials?
Does anyone out there know if the Morph browser is capable of saving login credentials for websites that require login? If so, can this also be made to work with web apps?
I note, for example, that my Ubports forum app keeps me logged in, even between phone restarts, but I can not see how to replicate that behaviour in the browser or in webapps that I create with the webapp creator.
Thanks for any enlightenment on this issue that anyone can provide. -
RE: Thanks so much to Ubports devs!
I completely agree with all the above. You guys have done an amazing job. Ubports has come such a long way since Canonical abandoned UT. It's just fantastic what you've achieved and what's more, there are so many exciting developments to look forward to. Thanks so much.

RE: Dekko 0.1.6-beta2 released
Yes, I have had this issue randomly but often with the previous and current versions

RE: Wifi Hotspot Nexus 4 15.04 stable
Did anybody manage to make any progress on this issue? I also have no hotspot option in system settings on my Nexus 4, now running 16.04 OTA-5. No amount of toggling the flight mode switch makes any difference.

RE: Calendar views
The automatic switch from day to week view when zooming works perfectly, just as you would intuitively expect, so it's just the week to month jump that's a bit sensitive.
-
RE: Calendar views
I also think the new zoom options are brilliant, thanks a lot; it makes it much nicer to use. The jump to month view due to zooming out too far might not be wanted behaviour for everyone if it's too sensitive; I don't know if the threshold could be increased so that after zooming out to 7 days you would then have to do a fast or large squeeze with the fingers to make it jump to month view. At the moment it's very sensitive, but this is nit-picking and I love the new feature and can easily live with the jump to month view. Thanks for the great work. I will use for a few days and post any more comments if I have them.

RE: CardDav (contacts) support
@vmbonn +1. I also used syncevolution to synchronise with a nextcloud server on my home network but would love to see the functionality integrated into the contacts app as it is already in the Calendar app
-
RE: Calendar views
I'd also like to add my thanks. The app is really great, I'm using it every day.
The views with more days shown look very good. Did you try a full 7 days in portrait?
I would also be interested in the possibility of the week or day view showing all 24 hours on the screen, at least in portrait mode.
Thanks again for the great work.

RE: [solved] OpenVPN VPNSecure connected but no network
Not sure if I should post this here or start a new post as this is VPN-related but maybe a different problem.
I’ve also been having difficulties getting VPN working correctly. However, the problem was different to what I’ve seen mentioned in this and other posts about VPN problems.
My VPN provider is VyprVPN.
First I tried setting things up using the standard VPN GUI, and it seemed to be working. After setting up the details in the GUI, and then flipping the switch, the switch turned green. However, opening a browser and navigating to a site that displays my IP address showed the IP address of my ISP and not my VPN proxy server, so clearly the VPN tunnel was not being used.
I installed the enhanced GUI app of Pete Woods and tried using that, but the result was the same. So I resorted to the command line. I hadn’t used openvpn before, so before trying it on the phone I tried it on my Ubuntu 16.04 computer. Using the .ovpn file downloaded from the VyprVPN website, I was able to get the VPN connection working fine with sudo openvpn Config.ovpn on the computer, so I tried the same on my phone.
Unfortunately, I got the same result as with the GUI. The connection appears to be established without any errors or warnings in the log, which finishes with ‘Initialization Sequence Completed‘, but checking my IP in a web browser gives the same result as above. Also, closing the connection in the terminal with CTRL+C reported a few errors when trying to delete routes, saying RTNETLINK answers: No such process, ERROR: Linux route delete command failed: external program exited with error status 2.
After a lot of searching, I inserted the line ‘route-delay 5’ at the end of my config.ovpn file and this solved the problem. The forum where I found the suggestion didn’t give much explanation, so I am not sure what the exact problem was or why this solves it. I’m certainly no expert in openvpn.
Sorry for the long post, but hopefully this may help anyone else having a similar problem or maybe the Ubports developers working on the VPN gui app. I can post log files if anyone wants.

RE: Looking for new maintainer / developer for TextSecure / Signal app
Thanks for the clarification. It's good that OWS is willing to cooperate. And thanks for the great work on the OS. Less than a year after the despair of Canonical's decision to drop UT, some really terrific improvements have already been made. Really encouraging!

RE: SIGNAL / MESSAGERIE SIGNAL
Oui, la messagerie fonctionne sans SIM, en utilisant WIFI.
