@scottbouch I use the camera on my Redmi Note 9 Pro Joyeuse. On Focal, the focus time is a bit long. But the results are fine. Sometimes (rarely), the camera is black and I have to restart it (the camera app, not the phone so it takes 2 seconds). On Noble, the camera has been improved and works like on Android: immediate focus and good quality photos. I have no issues with this smartphone, whether with VoLTE (in Belgium with Orange), SMS, MMS, sensors or Waydroid. I am so satisfied with it that I bought a second one (new) on Amazon and use it as a backup device and to test Noble OS. For UT, it's a very good phone. My only criticism is that I would prefer a slightly smaller size (like the Huawei P30, for example), but that's just my personal preference.

Hi, just one further queation, on my OPO, i could nevr get SFTP to work in the file manager, to connect to my servers so I can offload photos etc.. SSH in the terminal worked well, but the file manager just couldnt do it, no matter what I tried. Does anyone have any experience with the OP5 and recent OS version with the file manager using SFTP to access remote servers? Thanks, Scitt

Thanks, yes I tried closing and opening the app, thinking exactly what you confirmed, but no joy. I have also tried different apps for audio source, same issue. in the bluetooth settings, this headset is shown with a headset symbol against it, rather than a music smbol (this is an assumption based on other phones / car stereos), as I'd have imagined it to display. I had a similar problem this week. (BQ 4.5). It kept crashing on reply to email. Half the problem was me because I had forgotten to update the phone with new outgoing server data but once this was done, it still kept breaking. Deleted Dekko and re-installed and issues have been resolved except for trying to change the email signature which won't update correctly. I suspect that Dekko has an issue with overwriting/updating configuration files, hence the need to reinstall and enter data afresh.

@AppLee thanks yeah, the way my oneplus one displays the forum, I can tap on the gear, but the menu hangs off the bottom of the screen so I can't mark as solved... bit of a pain as every thread of mine has to be solved by a moderator. I have tried zooming the page out, but it doesn't help.

@scottbouch For Davical there is no maintenance needed, unless you want some more advanced setup, and it is very reliable, but it isn't very easy to install. There is a package in the default Ubuntu repository, but you'll have to setup manually PostgreSQL and Apache. https://www.davical.org/installation.php

@MixMac Oh, that's nice. I'm curious to know how it works. Does it sound an alarm at wake time with a simple user interface or does it wake the phone up completely before triggering the alarm ? They probably run a custom bootloader able to exchange data with the alarm app and that's probably not open sourced... (or maybe it is) Then during the night, the phone is not really turned off but on a very deep sleep with only the bootloader running.
