@Lakotaubp the Telegram group UBports_Parents no longer exists ? There seems to be a browser for kids with whitelists (not tested yet), but how to "disable" the Morph browser (or remove the link icon) ? https://open-store.io/app/jadediamond.bhdouglass
@lduboeuf nice, didn't know about it yet, seems to work with this page (on a Pixel 3a) 
. I'd especially be interested in some features similar to "NoScript" in Firefox (blocking the dozens of other things loading)

Hello all, the Telegram group mentioned in the 2019 thread isn't available any more https://forums.ubports.com/post/78186. There's a browser available with whitelist/blacklist https://open-store.io/app/jadediamond.bhdouglass, but how may be avoided the clever child doesn't use Morph instead ? (at least removing the obvious icon). May openstore be restricted ? Any compact howto available ? Is a user management feature planned ?

Hi all,
just set up the Pixel 3a, all apps seem to work as usual (like on my former Xperia), except TELEports. As soon as one person/group is chosen, there's no way back to the overview as the "header bar" is missing. Messages may be "moved" left or right, but there's no menu (for deletion/forwarding). Is there possibly a library missing or similar ? Where could I probably check this ?

@lduboeuf , where shall I start to investigate ? Do you've got a link to documentation how the ringtone trigger should work ?
@flohack I'll give it a try. Otherwise I'd always have to carry a spoon to put it on the display when the phone is on the table, to be noticed by the vibration ?

@flohack it happens with both. And the ringtone plays when choosing it, just not on incoming calls. So I wondered whether the "trigger" isn't done for calls (all sounds work for other notifications such as incoming message). Any idea where I could check that ?
@flohack Seems strange to me, as everything else is working (vibration, "wakeup" of the screen on incoming calls). Also all other notification tones work. Can't it be checked whether the "initiation" of the ringtone is at least done (in a logfile or path) and probably there's a problem to launch the respective tool to play the sound ?
I got a strage behavior of mine "besides". An individual ringtone is shown in the "Music" app (as in the music folder). But ordinary mp3 music in the same path won't show/play with the "Music" app, but only with "Media player". So I could imagine the "trigger" comes, but the activation of the sound module might be missing ? Which of the "logviewer" files should be checked for which parameters to clarify this ? Do you know any documentation link how to do so ?
