RE: SD card port
@keneda Thanks, but I finally found it under the cover of what I thought was the m.2 slot. I've got my bluetooth ear buds working using an ancient D-Link dongle which oddly works rather than the Plugable one that's supposedly the best for Linux .

SD card port
I have a Pinetab early adopter phablet. From top to bottom I have a headphone port, HDMI, USB and what looks like a covered M.2 slot.
If there is an SD port, it's well hidden.
Would someone please show me how to find it? -
Kaios
I have a 'feature phone' with Kaios Linux as the OS. It's the rebirth of Firefox OS and is meant for low spec devices. As the vast majority of apps are in HTML5, it seems to a good opportunity to cooperate and share.

Some apps broken, some System settings not available
Somewhere along the way, the File Manager, Terminal stopped working. Also, Language and Text, Battery and Security & Privacy are unavailable to edit. I've reset: one time three consecutive times and no change was observed

RE: PineTab
@Keneda Installing Fench as an addional language changes my screen keyborard when I press the globe.

RE: PineTab
@Yuri I have five ports on my Pinetab; headphone, power, usb, usb 2 Ahost and micro usb OTG. I can't see an sd slot.

RE: Video files, specifically mp4, won't play on my Nexus 5
@lduboeuf After searching, it appears that someone associated with VLC is developing a version for ARM. It would be a welcome addition.

I tried converting an MP4 video into OGG, but it made no difference. Media player needs serious work.

RE: PineTab
@halucigenia I have the same issues with headphones, bluetooth and the microphone on my Pinetab. Morph takes some getting used to and benefits from uAdblock. Morph has hidden reload and close buttons in the adress bar.

RE: Wish list : which apps do you need?
@Bramble The tablet I'm typing on has far lower specs than the Pinetab. There are only a few apps I use on on the spyware named Android.

RE: Morph browser
@arubislander I'm going to look at the Lightning browser source code and see if it's adaptable to QT. It's a cross.platorm F-Droid app.

RE: File Sharing
@Alter Thanks. I am among those early adopters who received the first PineTab shipment and was anticipating more bugs than I've had so far.

File Sharing
I have two portable devices that when plugged in to my Ubuntu destop are immediatly recogised. One is an ereader and the other a cell running KaiOS.
It makes me wonder that my PineTab running UBPorts is not.
Any ideas why? -
RE: Wish list : which apps do you need?
Another F-Droid app: K-9 Mail is open source, light and fully featured.

RE: Wish list : which apps do you need?
I've been using an Fdroid browser; Lightning on my Android tablet. If some kind soul could port it, many would be grateful.
It's on Github. I'm brand new (yesterday) to UB Ports or I'd give it a stab myself.
