Didn't need it personally but I don't mind if it gets there -

b) I normally open the Clock App from: Indicators. (Slide from top bar, beginning on clock, slide down. Tap "Clock" under the calendar.)

When you are setting an alarm, I'd like to click on it and set it via num-keyboard. Now it's like playing some kind of roller game.

Scroll speed depends on your finger speed to launch the scroll action, and i think it's a good behavior.
