@Luksus So how can I change the DNS on Android..(part of de-googling Lineage)..?

Am trying to install Waydroid on UT 20.04 but keep getting "Archives directory /var/cache/apt/archives/partial missing".
I installed it before with the Helper app however, Android will not connect to wifi even if I disconnect UT from wifi so...I thought I'd try to install waydroid manual mode but I'm not getting anywhere

I'll take any help/suggestions on this except...taking on lawn-bowling as a hobby.

That's odd...I searched for UT-Radio and didn't find anything and poof...there it is

1- I have to restart the app every time I start it. It'll play for a while then stops.
Annoying but nothing major.

2- Seems like when I use the app in BT mode in my car it stays on once I turn the car off.
I do swipe the app close but if the car is started again, the radio app will come on but I can't see the app opened. I start the app and it plays whatever was playing when the car started.
I don't know if the app stays on in the background which to me should not since I swiped it off...

Hope this makes sense...Any help will help

I'm trying to find for example 20.04r526 (the latest one) but can't seem to find anything anywhere.

Seems like every time I reboot my phone I have to turn" Double Tap to Wake" in "Gesture".

Having said that, I reset the phone and now it seems to work...weird

Seems that for some reason (s) I cannot use my phone to make/receive calls.
I know it works from Android 9 and yes...my bill is paid

There's also the letter L besides the name of my provider but I'm guessing it stands for LTE..?

Any idea/help with this please.

Am a new UT user. Installed it on a Pixel 3a and I must say I'm loving it.
I have been using a de-google OS LineageOS w/Micro-g with a few teaks for about a year. Am no programmer but know my around around puters some.

Anyway...enough intro.
I can't find anything on here that has to do with CLI and UT.
Just as an example, I was looking to install an app and found out by accident that I could use 'apt-get update'. (Funny thing is that it gave me 256 upgradable packages while in System Settings/About it didn't show any updates avail.)
So...if I'm out-to-lunch don't be shy to tell me and/or if there is a place/post which has to do with CLI commands please let me know.
I doubt very much this subject would have been assumed.

Looking to see if anyone has battery issue with the set-up mentioned in the title.

Personally I can do about 24hrs on a charge with no Location and no BT.

I downgraded to UT 16 from inside UT...installed my apps then upgraded back to 20.4 and it worked. All the apps I d/loaded while in 16 work

I've just installed 20.04 on a Pixel3a I just bought.
Everything went well once I figured out I needed 51.* file. I don't quite know about the battery life. Who I bought it from never mentioned anything about it. I also cannot get the % to show even if it says it was fixed.
Aside from that seems to be all good.

Now, am I to assume that all of the apps that were in the Open Store are not ported (if it's the right term) to this new OS yet..?
I had Pixel 2 loaded with an earlier version and there were a lot more apps than what there are now which is kind of a bummer since I wanted that Pixel3a to be my daily driver but I'm missing a few apps that I need.
Anyway...thanks much for all the work.

Like the title says I love UT on my phone. I installed it in Nov of last year and am using it as my daily driver now since I keep loosing wi-fi on my Zenfone 8 (Lineage)S w/microG.

Now that my intro's over...am wondering if I should purchase a new phone like the Pixel 3 or 3a or wait to see if UT has been ported to a newer phone. Why I mention the Pixel 3 is because that phone seems to be the IT phone for UT.

I could always try to port on my Zenfone but I don't know if I have the fortitude/know how to do so.

Any thoughts..?

Just installed UBT on my old Pixel 2. I too am getting terrible battery life...maybe half if not less than what I had with Android 11 installed
