@imwacc0 I would assume this is a notebook/netbook and I think what you saw as Ubuntu Mobile was the old Ubuntu desktop running the first version of Unity even before they shipped normal Ubuntu with Unity.

RE: Latest dev update (196) breaks system?
@povoq Maybe Qt5.12 was finally released in devel. You shouldn't really be in devel if your device is your main one

RE: Morph browser: Can't add a domain to blacklist/ whitelist due to keyboard problem
This is probably due to the recent change in scaling logic. Sapot is not affected because the dialogs were rewritten and different than Morph's.

RE: How to test changes
@nintendoeats Yes you can make the systel writable. Either via command
sudo mount -o remount,rw /
or the Tweak tool. You can follow the manual iinstructions from the repo's readme. You don't need to do all steps, if your changes only affects the system image then just flash that.

RE: OpenStore website
@bhdouglass The site loads except the icon of
Warnapp*
. On UT, the page seems to just freeze and you can't do anything. There are times it suddenly works normally when I go back to its tab after switching to another. On Chrome on android, it hangs for about a second or two then it'll work just fine. Could theWarnapp*
's icon cause this? Its icon is displayed fine on the app. -
RE: Busy, crowded app overview; Can Ubuntu Touch be converted to an iPhone interface?
I do think Lomiri has a symmetry problem mainly because of the left Launcher. And that's more emphasized on smaller or portrait screens like phones compared to desktops. I myself has been thinking of how to improve that . One of the things I thought is to hide the Launcher when the Drawer is shown. And maybe transition them to like a bottom dock? I think this quite difficult to solve and I'm not really good with designs and art
Given that you're a graphic designer, maybe you help on this regard and propose a design?

RE: porting lenovo smart tab m10 plus x606
I really think the rescue tool will help you recover your tablets. Try read the steps on how to use it again and again. Maybe you missed something.

RE: Updating Dekko2 to the latest version
Do have the community edition or the original one?
The original is the recommended one now since the original developer is back although your data will actually work on both versions. -
RE: How to enable camera in Morphbrowser
@luksus I think that issue only applies on the microphone as it already work on devices with apparmor issues.

RE: Needing help about bluetooth
@yadi That's really weird. I would think at least one will connect successfully. Have you tried rebooting?
As for BLE, you don't usually need to do anything, both connections should be detected. -
RE: Needing help about bluetooth
@yadi What exactly happens when you try to connect to your BT devices? As mentioned, BT compatibility can be hit and miss and depends on the combination of the BT device and the UT device. For example, my JBL Go speaker makes the system unstable on my Nexus 5, IIRC, but works fine with my other UT devices. Also, avoid using BLE connection. Some devices can appear in BLE and normal (3.0,4.0,etc) connections, choose the latter.
Lastly, you can try forgetting the device on the bluetooth page and try to connect again and you can also try toggling off and on BT in UT.
