Here's the errors I'm seeing.

I'm not gonna lie. The main obstacle that I have with open source...is lack of pay music apps. Like amazon music, spotify, etc.

Is it hard to get UT on a Pixel 3a? I think I tried to root it, and it was having issues. I'm fairly tech savvy...just not in this area of Android and Linux.

@Flohack Takes a long time to learn debian packaging skills? I'm a techie...but not a coder. I have learned some HTML though. So I'm just curious how long it would take to learn something helpful....

Just wondering about something. Could I go into my OPO with UT, and manually replace network drivers?

@Edward-Wilhelm Literally, the router is pretty close. I can't usually get it to connect unless i'm about 15 feet away This isn't a big house either.

I really think something is screwed up. I wish I had another router to test it. I have seen weird stuff from random routers not agreeing well. But it wasn't doing that when I had LineageOS on it...

So basically...I could stand 6 inches away, and the signal wouldn't be very good.

@wdehoog No I didn't. It had LineageOS on it, and I used the installer for UT.

I will try to revert back, and see what I can do. I have time to fix it...not an emergency. But if someone has any ideas...let me know. Thanks!!!

@AppLee This was a fresh install.

After trying a little more..I think I know what's wrong. The wifi receiver is barely picking up a signal. Even very close to the router.

So basically, it's hard to get on the internet. If I enable, and reconfigure WiFi again....sometimes it connects. But with a low signal.

I didn't have this issue when it was LineageOS. But it still could be the phone maybe. I am using Verizon Fios router....which COULD be an issue. But I have connected MANY phones with no issues via WiFi.

I'm on the stable version. Just a standard install on a Oneplus 1, using UBports installer.

ALSO, once the WiFi tries to reconnect....keeps asking me for a password again.

The WiFi is SUPER buggy right now. Usually doesn't connect. If it does, I have to do it manually.

If I connect it, and go to another app, it asks for a WiFi password again. Signal strength is really low also, and I'm not far from the router.

Could this be a permission issue? I rebooted, did a factory reset, etc. I also toggled airplane, Bluetooth, etc.

A better Bible app. Like "OliveTree" for android.

Actually change of plans. I got a OPO 64g with duel boot Android 10/ and lineage OS. It has TWRP on it.

Is this hard to do w Cyanogen Mod?
