@Talkless OK so I've changed to download updates no only on WiFI, but always. After that I've got list of chanels, and got the update. I guess there's a bug with "WiFi" "detection" in Volla Phone X?

@Talkless said in How to pass environment variables (like QT_LOGGING_RULES)?: So if apps are run in container (using clickable desktop), how do I pass environment variables, such as QT_LOGGING_RULES=lomiri.deprecations.debug=true per this suggestion: lomiri.deprecations: At least 1 Ubuntu.* QML type is in use. Ubuntu.* type is deprecated and is provided for compatibility. To print what types are being in use, set "QT_LOGGING_RULES=lomiri.deprecations.debug=true" environment variable. Maybe by adding it to the Exec line of the .desktop file ?

Looks like the issue is due to too big /etc/hosts file, after enabling too much uAdBlock blackists: https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/1265#issuecomment-564502269 After reducing blacklist my E5 is usable again! (no longer a feature phone with one app usable ).

@Flohack said in Not getting emergency messages via GSM..?: cannot be tested 100% without a real message Yeah that's what I had in mind. Mocking is doable, but that one..

@darkeye Not all devices have external SD card support. And well, you immediately lose 1GB of storage by reserving it for swap, anyway.

Hi! I don't think there are any tutorials out there, but the source for all the different calendar layouts are here: https://github.com/ubports/keyboard-component They are basically collections of qml files, but that's about the extent of my knowledge.

From Community Update 15: People have been asking about the KRACK and BlueBorne vulnerabilities lately, and for good reason. These are highly public explots. Both have been fixed in the RC and Devel channels, with the fixes landing in Stable with the next OTA. Yay! Marking this thread as solved.
