I've bought three items, went through the dialog of shipping address and the payment (successful) and at the end it says:
Interner Serverfehler (internal server error) ("Unable to post message, please configure the sender's email address.", '')
and no mail is coming down. I'm unsure if the order was now successfuly received and what will happen on my Amex card

I bought some goods for around 80€ and my amex card was charged with this on October 17. I also asked sales@ w/o any reaction. I will wait a werk more and than ask amex to pull back the money again.

Finally I got a mail from sales@ saying that they have shipped my goods on October 19. Today is already October 28 and nothing arrived in 8 days...

Depending on your location it may take some time.
Give it a week or two, not everybody can ship as fast as Amazon. -
@guru Mine took about 14 days I think and that was all inside Europe. Are you still based in Cuba? Or have I got that wrong.

Cuba would be the best place to live. They have in total around 6000 Corona cases, Germany the double in a single day.
I live in Germany, near to Munich. From which country the store is sending the goods?

so I can tell you the parcel will come soon.
Mine took also more than a week from NL to DE. It is not shipped with DHL this might explain the duration of the shipment. -

sales@ said in a mail that the parcel was sent on October 19. Today is November 3rd. I will wait until November 19 and then instruct Amex to withdraw the money due to goods not delivered.
