Just for information, on the Openstore, a new Webapp creator : Webber.
The application is only in its first steps but seems to me very fluid and easy to use.
Thanks to Tim Süberkrüb.

Many thanks to ldubeuf @lduboeuf (with the review of UniversalSuperBox @UniSuperBox ) for spending a lot of time to solve this very disabling problem that no longer appears on the Dev channel (i don't know for RC). This is an important step for the good use of Morph-browser on a daily basis. 👍👍
RE: On this (US) Thanksgiving...
Even if I have two days late (sorry, I didn't know the American thanksgiving day 😉), I think that BALCY with his huge work on morph-browser also specifically deserves a big thank you because without his work, the phones would only have rather limited functions... !!
RE: Ubuntu Touch Q&A 52 Saturday 15th June @ 19:00 UTC
There has been a lot of progress on Morph-browser, thanks, but there are still too many sticking points on it for a browser easy daily use. What do you think of this situation ?
Many thanks to Malte Kiefer for the latest update of the extremely useful uAdBlock application (v 1.3.1). The options defined are explicit, but would it be possible for the author to specify concisely what the expected effects should be, in which situations before any new bug report.
RE: Ubuntu Touch Q&A 50
- Do you have now an operational bank account ?.. So as to help you directly when we want without intermediaries.
- As your developer work (and other tasks) become more and more titanic despite the good will of 'everyone' do you consider yet one or some paid developer full time job ? Did you budget it ? How to fund it ? What is the estimated cost per developer per year (€) if it isn't a secret ?
- As you are now a foundation with a legal structure, can you get public aids in addition to private subventions ?
RE: It's Nearly Time!! Q&A 33 This Saturday 04/08 At 19:00 UTC
Before anything, Thanks for all programmers for their GIGANTIC WORK done and to do yet...
Two questions :
Could you clarify the status of Vivid ? Isn't it premature to consider vivid obsolete whereas Xenial isn't fully operational (all sorts of ongoing and to do fixings) and all fundamental apps aren't updated for Xenial yet ? So, Will be there Vivid updates yet.. ? If yes, what sorts and for how many OTAs ?
Could you put by default on phones and tablets in a next update with Xenial Libertine some usefull apps as Firefox, vlc or others of your choice (so as to avoid uncertain settings) ? .. as it was with Canonical ubuntu touch.
Thanks again and support.
RE: Firefox browser for UT
Morph-browser has everything to become an excellent browser. There has already been a lot of very good work done on it by Chris Clime alias Balcy. I recognize this even if many bugs are still very disturbing for me (and others i suppose) for a daily use. I don't think it's worth going elsewhere, but rather to focus on it so that it matures as quickly as possible. Developers who are available and have the skills should rather help Chris because morph is (surely) a big piece for a person almost alone in this task. Congratulations to him. 👍👍
RE: Removal of account and posts
What interests me are the ideas, it is always enriching, that they come from all the people in this forum regardless of their degree of competence (you, you have a lot of experience) and involvement.
You bring interesting ideas and solutions that always lead to reflection.
I have some computer knowledge but a very limited ubuntu background (but I like the Ubuntu Touch approach), however I read you with pleasure and interest.
It would be a shame to deprive the forum of your contribution.
RE: Ubuntu Touch is working poorly for me on my FP2
@ollehell Even if your opinion is respectable as every opinion, you could say : Ubuntu Touch is bad FOR ME...
As a user, not for me, for my daily use.
You know i think : a very little team of developers VERY ENGAGED FREELY !
But you are right on the point that a lot of things can be improved : it will be done GRADUALLY ! And UT will become better and better !
RE: How do you deal with no reliable web browser on 16.04 RC?
As all users. I have so tested all what's can be i think.
The conclusion in two parts is implacable :
*** There is no magic solution ! ***
*** Be patient ! ***
Vivid works well and is reliable yet. Or we can use Xenial with the old browser who crash in some websites but not to much. Or, we can use two phones if it's possible, one Vivid with the essentiel dekko and the other Xenial to make tests. I do that.
I can imagine how strong developers work to built a solid Xenial foundation.
RE: Launcher Modular
I really like this very promising app. Very good work !! 👍
Result of a (bad 😁) experiment i done.... and ADVICE :
before uninstalling this app ( i deleted cache/config/data before and done with UTT), containing a custom launcher, you must restore the initial launcher or risk ending up with a black screen without any app or web-app icon. Very embarrassing, I thought I was going to have to reflush my phone !! 😥
Fortunately with the favorite bar that it persists and the Openstore app present inside (luckily !), I reinstalled Launcher Modular app, and restored the initial launcher ☺and uninstalled the app after without any bad effect...
