The fact that it only has 1gb of RAM would make this perform sluggishly with Ubuntu Touch.
You would need to port this as well, info on how to do this is at http://docs.halium.org/en/latest/porting/first-steps.html
and

@c0n57an71n Great idea, I didn't know about this feature from ProtonMail. Voted! I've been using UT for more than 4 years already and ProtonMail for almost 3 years as my main email so this will be really a necessity for me sooner than later.
@totalrando
Youtube tends to be the dump of the internet...
Sometime you find a treasure in it, but most of time it's garbage.
And if you add "influencers" to the equation... :face_screaming_in_fear:
@fulvio Yes thanks to you for this update because Tedit becomes more than essential as uWriter is dead for OTA-16 and probably after OTA-16, except for an extraordinary remote distant future turnaround !
And of course more than thanks to @dobey who has always very sharp eyes to detect the origin of problems and provide solutions !!
I just tested on my BQ E5 HD which is always on OTA-15 and Tedit update works too.
@phoenixlandpirat said in UBPorts on Minds account:

As I wrote in another thread, no need to ask twice or more
Here are the first steps:
https://forums.ubports.com/topic/2068/halium-first-steps
And in this thread you'll have more specific information:
https://forums.ubports.com/topic/4435/porting-to-samsung-galaxy-j6-j610f-j610g/
I'll move this one to "Off Topic" and lock the thread to avoid loosing track of things.
Thanks for your understanding.
@tommy Why don't you just install Steam on your Linux MInt and just use Big Picture? That way you don't need a separate install and can also use other linux apps.
@rondarius

@ragz In relation to the title of your post :
About the current UT smartphones, except error, i think the undisputed leader in battery capacity is the Volla Phone: 4700 mAh
