I implemented a constant change of macaddress to Kali Linux by adding lines to the file located in /etc/NetworcManager/NetworkManager.conf mac.png I suppose that in the ubut touch you can do the same thing. With each reboot, the poppy address changes to random, this will protect you from snooping

Also, the same UI will be displayed on the external screen. It's not like on MaruOS where the phone remains Android and the external display will be a lightweight linux desktop. In UT, the UI you see on your phone will just adjust a bit to fit more of a desktop experience.
