@vistaus To better investigate you need to confirm if the same components are affected as the original poster mentioned, or others. Translation is split among 30 or so individual projects, so its hard to find if the starting point is "Ubuntu Touch" ^^
@Flohack, I got it. And see that some translations for other languages are already merged. But still can't figure out the reason why Russian translations are not merged yet. There were some changes in translation strings and I believe that I fixed them yesterday. Could you, please, clarify a little bit how it works? Is there something missing in translations preventing them from being merged?
@MarkG_108 You're welcome.
The translation to UK English is probably based on US English so there are mistakes.
I don't know where you can contribute to help fix the UK dictionary but it certainly exist somewhere.
There are probably some mistakes like this with CA English as for CA French vs French or other languages...
Este es un sistema que ha funcionado bien hasta ahora y que no supone añadir más carga de trabajo a los poquísimos voluntarios que están (estamos) dispuestos a echarle un montón de horas todos los días 🙂
Para usar Telegram en tu dispositivo UT te recomiendo que instales TELEports, pero si quieres usar una plataforma/protocolo 100% abierta y libre, mejor usa Matrix. FluffyChat es una aplicación que funciona genial.
@fossMan The standard way of doing things in Ubuntu translations is that translations are for the generic version (nb in this case), unless there is a specific need for regional translations to exist (such as for pt_PT and pt_BR). So you should do everything for the nb locale in this case, I think.
